A full-featured metronome with visual beat display, tap tempo and multiple click sounds.
Basic Use
- Press ▶ to start and stop
- Drag the tempo slider or tap the BPM number to type a value directly
- Use the −10, −5, +5, +10 buttons for quick adjustments — hold any button to scroll continuously
- Tap Tempo — tap the button repeatedly in time to set tempo by feel
Time Signatures
Choose from 2/4, 3/4, 4/4 or 6/8. Or tap Custom to enter any time signature you need — 5/4, 7/8, 11/8, anything.
No Accent
Turns off the beat 1 accent so every click sounds identical.
Keep Playing When Screen Locks
Turn on Keep playing when screen locks in Settings to keep the metronome running with the screen off.
Click Sounds
- Default — standard metronome click
- Click — clean electronic sine click
- Beep — softer beep tone
- Rimshot — sharp rimshot crack
Tap Tempo is great for matching a song you are listening to — just tap along to the beat a few times and the BPM locks in.
